# JustisOne

From the 31st of December 2022, JustisOne will no longer be available.

## **What's changing?**

As you may be aware, from the 31st of December 2022, JustisOne will no longer be available, and all customers will move to vLex Justis - our award-winning legal research service.

If you have not yet moved from JustisOne to vLex Justis, your dedicated account manager will be on hand to help you with this process.

Importantly, our offices will be closed from the 23rd of December 2022, so it is important that access for you and your organisation is set up before this date, otherwise your use and access to content may be impacted.

## Action required

**If you&#x20;**<mark style="color:blue;">**do**</mark>**&#x20;have access to vLex Justis**, please make sure that all of your registered users are able to access the platform, including yourself. Once you have done this, you are good to go! If you have any questions about access or resetting passwords, please review the additional resources in the rest of this guide.

**If you&#x20;**<mark style="color:blue;">**do not**</mark>**&#x20;have access to vLex Justis**, or you’re not sure when your access to vLex Justis will start, please contact your account manager who will help you start this process.&#x20;

## How do I set up access to my vLex Justis account?

**Username and password:** Your account manager will provide you with a username and welcome email inviting you to set up a new password.
