# Accessing Vincent Studio and Navigating the Main Interface

### Summary

To access Vincent Studio, click the **Vincent Studio** button in the left-hand navigation menu of the main Vincent interface. Once inside, you will find three main tabs: **Workflows**, **Tasks**, and **Options/Types**, which are the primary areas for building and managing your automations.

### Why This is Important

Familiarizing yourself with how to access and navigate the **Vincent Studio** interface is the first step to building your own **no-code legal AI** tools. Understanding the purpose of each tab will help you efficiently manage your projects, reuse components, and organize your custom workflows.

### How to Access Vincent Studio

If your organization is part of the Vincent Studio beta program, your account has been granted *Publisher* access. There are no extra steps required.

1. Log in to your vLex account as you normally would.
2. From the main Vincent dashboard, locate the left-hand navigation menu.
3. Click on the **Vincent Studio** button at the bottom of the menu to enter the builder interface.

### Navigating the Main Interface

When you enter Vincent Studio, you will land on the **Workflows** tab by default. The interface is organized into three key sections, accessible via tabs at the top of the navigation panel.

#### 1. The Workflows Tab

This is your main dashboard for managing complete, end-to-end automations. From here, you can see a list of all workflows created by you and other Publishers in your organization.

The **Workflows** list shows you key information at a glance:

* **Name:** The title of the workflow.
* **Description:** A brief summary of what the workflow does.
* **Owner:** The person who created the workflow.
* **Last Modified:** The date the workflow was last updated.
* **Last Modified By:** The name of the person who made the last change.
* **Visibility:** Who can access the workflow: Only for individuals authorised or For all organization.
* **Status:** The workflow's state. **Draft** is private to you. **Published** is live for its designated audience.

{% endtab %}
{% endtabs %}

#### 2. The Tasks Tab

This tab displays your organization's **Task Library**. A Task is a reusable component of a workflow that performs a specific activity.

Think of this as your library of building blocks. Any task you or a colleague creates can be saved here and reused in multiple different workflows. This is a powerful feature for saving time and ensuring consistency across your automations.

{% endtab %}
{% endtabs %}

#### 3. **Table Templates**

This is an administrative area where you can define and manage specific data types or options that can be used across various workflows.

{% endtab %}
{% endtabs %}

#### 4. **Tag Manager**

This is the administrative area where you can create and manage your organization's library of tags. These tags are then applied to your workflows, making them searchable and allowing end-users in the main Vincent interface to easily filter and find the right tool for their job.

### Best Practices & Pro Tips

* **Explore Existing Workflows:** Before building your first workflow from scratch, take a moment to explore the **Workflows** tab. See what your colleagues have already built. This can provide inspiration and prevent you from duplicating work that has already been done.
* **Start with the End in Mind:** Always begin your building process in the **Workflows** tab by clicking **New Workflow**. The guided, step-by-step wizard will then prompt you to create or add tasks as needed.
