# vLex mobile app

While vLex does work on mobile browsers, the vLex mobile app offers you a better experience. ## **Using the mobile app**

The app has a simple search bar that works exactly like the one on the website. Simply type in your search terms.

You can use certain [filters](https://support.vlex.com/getting-started/search-results/filter-results) on the results page by tapping the icon in the top-right.

To access your [folders](https://support.vlex.com/features/document-management/folders), open the menu in the top-left corner and tap **Favourite.**

To access your account information, tap the person icon in the top-right corner. From this menu, you can edit your [**SmartTopics**](https://support.vlex.com/features/stay-updated/smarttopics), change your account details or [subscriptions](https://support.vlex.com/support-1/account-management/your-subscriptions), buy [vLex Credits](https://support.vlex.com/features/vlex-credits), change your [notifications](https://support.vlex.com/features/stay-updated/follow-documents) settings, or get support.
