Set your account preferences to ensure vLex works in the way you would like it to.
You can see and change your account information by clicking the Manage your account tab in the top-right menu.
This page shows your profile information which you can edit at any time. Remember to click Save when you have finished making amendments.
Updating personal information
In the left-hand column, you can change your password, restore it, change your language, add a credit card, view your subscriptions, and see your vLex Credits balance.
You can also Restore your password. This will send you an email with a link to create a new password.
The Select language button allows you to change your language settings. It will not modify your documents or your searches. If you do want to modify documents and searches, you need to use the Translation feature.
The Add credit card button will open a new window where you can input your card information.
Select Show subscriptions to display your current subscriptions. This will let you open a new window with your bills, invoices, and credit information. Here, there is also an option to change your billing information.
Your vLex credit balance will show you what you have used your credits for, as well as your current balance.
Displaying your subscription information
Your vLex profile picture is taken from the Gravatar↗ service. If you wish to change it, you need to do so on their website, which you can access by clicking the picture. Your profile picture will have changed the next time you sign in.
To change the company logo for your account, you must be the admin user. Click on the logo to upload a picture. It must be a PNG, GIF or a JPG of 150px by 150px.
