Explore a Collection

Complete workflows across a collection of your own documents.

Sometimes you will want to return to the same group of documents and run different workflows on them. To save time uploading each document every time, vLex has introduced Collections. Collections allow for the integration of custom datasets with Vincent, available across multiple workflows and contexts. Examples of custom datasets include in-house knowledge, brief banks, playbooks, precedents, and style guides.

To create a collection, first click on 'Manage Collections' at the bottom left of the page.

Click 'New Collection' and upload the documents you want included.

You can edit collections whenever you want by clicking on the name and either clicking the delete icon or 'Upload Files'.

Collections can be shared with your whole organization, specific individuals or kept private. You can choose whether to give editing or read-only access. You can manage these permissions at any time by selecting the three dots to the right of the collection and clicking 'Manage permissions'.

When you want to start working on a collection, from the Vincent landing page either select 'Connect a Collection' or 'Explore a Collection' and list the workflows you want to run on the collection.

Vincent will then present the answer for you and you can download it in either Excel or CSV format.
