# Support and training

### Training

If you would like to arrange a training session for yourself, your colleagues, or your students, please get in touch with us using the contact information below.

Our training sessions are free of charge for all subscriptions, and we can tailor each session to suit your needs. Most training sessions last 30 minutes to an hour, including time for questions, and can be scheduled at a time that suits you. However, we can also provide shorter calls if you need support with a specific feature.

We recommend booking training whenever you have new staff join the firm, when you have a new intake of students, or whenever you feel like a vLex refresher.

To contact our expert training team, email [training-gm@vlex.com](mailto:traininglondon@vlex.com) or call +44 (020) 7284 8080.

### Webinars

As well as training sessions, we also offer a range of webinars every month. Webinars span across a range of different topics, and you can attend as many as you like. To see what is coming up and to register your interest, please go to the [Events calendar for webinars](https://vlex.zoom.us/calendar/list).

### Videos

We also have a range of short video walkthroughs to introduce you to our platform. Many of these are embedded throughout the Knowledge Base, however, you can view a full list of all videos covering features, content collections and more on our [Vimeo page](https://vimeo.com/vlexjustis).

{% hint style="success" %}
Our experienced in-house trainers have useful tips for even the most advanced vLex users, introducing you to new features and content to ensure that you get the most out of your subscription.
