Redline Analysis
Identify changes in a contract, or multiple revisions of the same contract, to assess their impact and develop a negotiation strategy
Start by uploading one or more versions of a contract with redlines. Vincent can analyze texts in Word or PDF format.
Once Vincent has read your texts, it will automatically start summarising the changes to the document for you.
It will present this as a list and a table. You can download the table in Excel or CSV format and copy the information to your clipboard using the icon at the top right of the answer.
Vincent will ask if there are any other tasks you want it to run on the same documents and you can either select from the list of workflows it offers or type your own instructions in the box.
