Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Accessing the Workflow

Navigate to the Vincent landing page. You can find the Redline Analysis workflow in the main library.

Step 2: Uploading Your Documents

This workflow requires two versions of a document to compare: the original and the edited version. You can upload these files by dragging and dropping them into the designated area or by selecting them from your computer.

Step 3: Reviewing the Analysis

Once uploaded, Vincent will read both documents and automatically generate an analysis summarizing the changes. The results are typically presented in two formats:

• A clear, bulleted list of the changes.

• A structured table detailing each modification.

You can download any tables generated by the analysis in Excel or CSV format.

Step 4: Taking the Next Steps

After the initial analysis, Vincent will suggest other relevant workflows you might want to run on the same documents. You can select any of these suggestions or type your own instructions in the box at the bottom of the screen.

To copy your analysis results, scroll to the top of the answer and click the copy icon.
