Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Start the Workflow

To begin, navigate to the Vincent landing page and select Compare Documents from the workflow library.

Step 2: Upload Your Documents

This workflow is designed to compare two or more documents. You can upload your files by dragging and dropping them into the designated area or by selecting them from your computer.

Supported File Formats: Vincent supports a wide range of file formats, including common document types (Word, PDF, TXT, ODT), emails (EML, MSG), spreadsheets (XLSX, XLS, CSV), presentations (PPTX), images (JPEG, PNG), and ZIP archives.

Step 3: Review the Comparison Table

Once uploaded, Vincent will read your documents and automatically generate a comparison, presenting the answer in a structured table. The table will list the key attributes down the side and show how each document addresses that attribute in the columns.

This is where Vincent becomes a proactive research partner. After generating the initial comparison, Vincent will suggest other relevant workflows you can run on the same documents to deepen your analysis.

Step 5: Interact with and Export Your Results

You can easily export your findings for use in your work product.

  • Download the Table: You can download the comparison table in Excel or CSV format.

  • Copy Results: Use the copy icon at the top right of the answer to copy the table for use in your work product.
