On the main page, you will have a table of contents. Depending on availability, you will have the following tabs:
Procedural flowcharts are graphical representations of actions for any legal process, including processing times.
Basic legislation will show a list of links to codes, treaties and basic legislation for the topic you have selected. Click on one to go directly to the legislation.
Case law will display sub-categories. Selecting a category will take you to a results page full of relevant and commonly cited case law.
List of sources will show the main sources of information that were used to create the practice note. These are usually books and journals, and you can use the links provided to review them.
